Phoenix-based Informative Graphics, has announced its latest release of Net-It Central Web-publishing software. The software, originally developed by the Allegis Corp, provides push button Web publishing of documents and presentations.

Net-It Central was purchased from the Allegis Corporation in August, 2000 by Informative Graphics. The company committed to update the software quickly and distribute it to the 1,000 current customers through the company's FTP site.

The new version of Net-It Central will offer enhanced support for PDF documents, improved compression, and support for Windows 2000.

Chief Executive Officer and President, Gary Heath, stated, "Moving forward quickly with enhancements to Net-It Central demonstrates our commitment to evolving Web publishing and collaboration for our newest customers. With this release, we have also begun to lay the groundwork for incorporating Brava!'s viewing technology with Net-It Central so that our customers with an enterprise Web, and particularly the Application Service Provider market, may gain additional benefits in document collaboration with future releases of Net-It Central and Brava!"

Brava!, introduced by Informative Graphics in 1998, is Java-based, zero-admin, thin client view and redline software, for Web collaboration projects. Adopted by more than 30 Application Service Providers in the A/E/C market, Brava! is lauded as the de facto standard amongst companies beginning implementation of their own enterprise portals, according to their press release.
